Rector of MIIGAiK. Represents Russia in the Bologna Process and acts as a secretary of the Bologna Process Group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. Certified Higher Education Reform Expert and a leader of the regional HEREs’ team. For the last 15 years she has been actively promoting international cooperation in education participating in the EU initiatives (Tempus, Erasmus+) and other international programs (e.g. Visby program). Expert in sustainable development issues, Baltic networking, EU practices of land administration.

As part of the team of authors participated in projects: The main directions of urban development of Moscow and the Moscow region, the Territorial complex scheme of environmental protection of Moscow city, Moscow landscape zoning, the Main directions of Moscow production zones reorganization, projects of Master plans of Moscow city up to 2020 and up to 2025, Annual Analytical Reports to the Government of Moscow "On the implementation of the master plan of development of Moscow", "On foreign experience of urban development of the largest cities", etc. International expert in the United Nations human settlements programme (Habitat); the international Association of major cities "Metropolis», the World organization of united cities and local government, the International organization for standardization ("Sustainable cities and communities"). Honorary Builder of Russia, Honored person of the Moscow Committee of Architecture, has the gratitude of the Ministry of Construction of Russian Federation, the Mayor of Moscow; awarded a UN certificate Habitat for active work in the Expert Scientific Council. Research experience in domestic and foreign practice of strategic management of organizations, analysis of competitiveness and business efficiency, tools for strategic development of regions. Experienced in design of a new generation educational program, development of assessment tools. Supervisor of MSc students research and Master thesis.

Professor of the Chair of Urban Development MARCI, Professor of Chair of Architectural Design MIIGAiK. MSc students supervisor. Organizer and supervisor of pilot projects on development of elements of urban territories using eco-technologies, smart technologies. The organizer of inter-university conferences: “Green Culture – the Preservation and Restoration of Historical Heritage”, “Urban Planning Policy for Sustainable Development. European Experience in Public Spaces Landscaping”, “Ecological Principles of nature management, environmental protection, architectural and urban monuments”. In 2012 she took part in the analytical project of the Moscow General Plan in close cooperation with Danish colleagues (by Jan Gehl consulting). Laureate of RAACS Contest for best scientific and creative works in Architecture, Town Planning and Construction Science. Participant of the environmental program: Berlin is the City of the Future.

Leading engineer of the research section of MIIGAiK. PhD thesis award is planned in 2018, June. Head of the state task to ensure the reception and dissemination of remote sensing data received by the MIIGAiK antenna system. Participated in various research projects, among them: Research and development of the open network geoinformation tool and educational content based on the use of data and technologies for decision-making in emergencies and technogenic. Development of the methodology for integrating multispectral remote sensing data. Federal tutor (head) of the section "Geokvantum" of the federal network of children's technoparks "Kvantorium". Conducted refresh training courses "GeoInformation Systems" for ROSREESTR.

Dr. ANTON BISTROV

Mr. ARTEM BULATOV

Head of the Nizhny Novgorod region government representative office under the Government of the Russian Federation. He has extensive experience in information technology and municipal management. He is experienced in executive, analytical advocacy in the EU and Russia. In the context of digitalization and management he was responsible for providing analysis of regulatory requirements for localization of digital technologies in municipalities and cities of the EU and Latin America, implementation of smart city technologies in different countries, creation and development of mobile applications for urban planning, design of the big data analysis module of the city, management of the open data center of the municipality. His competence includes management of urban projects, local management, media communications, IT projects development.

Deputy General Director of JSC Roskartography for innovative development (till 2019). General Director of JSC "Operator of Spatial Data and Services", Chief Expert of JSC "Technical Inspection of UES" (since 2019). Organizer and Manager of pilot projects for the development and management of territories in terms of the provision and use of spatial data. Winner of the Krasovsky prize.

Head of the Department of Urban planning, senior lecturer. In 2017 was awarded the student prize "Golden theodolite" (the best teacher of the faculty). From 2012 to the present time is an independent expert in the Certification Commission of the Central office of the Federal Agency for state property management (Rosimushchestvo). For the fruitful cooperation, high professionalism and assistance in the formation of the personnel reserve received Gratitude from the Ministry of Economic Development.
