Round table: "Formation of a green worldview in higher professional education"

April 15 in the hall "Terra Progressum" during the Student Science Week held a round table "Formation of a green Outlook in higher education", which was attended by more than 50 students from various faculties of MIIGAiK and teachers of the departments of Space Monitoring and Ecology, Cadastre and the Basics of Land Law, Architectural Design, Digital Mapping and Real Estate Management and Territory Development.

Josef Strobl: Geoportals as Interfaces for Spatial Data Infrastructures

On April 15, 2019, as part of the GRETERE project, Professor Joseph Strobl, Director of the GIS center of Salzburg University, full-member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, gave an open lecture.

May 15, 2019 at 10.40 at MIIGAiK will be an lecture on "Geoportals as Interfaces for Spatial Data Infrastructures", which will present Dr. Josef Strobl, professor at the University of Salzburg, leading the Interfaculty Department of Geoinformatics, full member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

April 20, 2019 at 12.00 in MIIGAiK will be an open lecture on "Prospects for the development of "green" and traditional economy in the modern world. European program of strategic development "Circular economy", which will present Dr. Kutsenko S.Yu., Ph.D., associate Professor of Real Estate Management and Territory Development, MIIGAiK.

Round table "Forming of green outlook in higher professional education" will be held on April 15, 2019 as part of the Student science week (April 13-19, 2019).

As part of the project, 2 seminars were held for teachers and representatives of the two faculties of MIIGAiK, which will be the teachers and managers on the module. The seminars dealt with the issues of detailing the content of the module, the results of training and tools for their evaluation, discussed materials and information sources, as well as proposals for attracting external experts as consultants.

The agreement on providing the grant to support the project, initiated in the framework of Jean Monnet program № 600219-EPP-1-EN-EPPJMO-MODULE “Green Terra Development: EU policy and practice” (GRETERE) 03.08.2018 signed between Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK) and the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture European Commission.
